What We Grow
Our produce varieties range from popular romaine and exotic mizuna to gourmet greens like green sorrel, mint and baby pac choi. Soon, we'll offer fruiting plants like strawberries, raspberries & blackberries. Our research and development teams, along with top scientists, continually work to expand our product line to meet the demands of chefs and diners.
How It's Grown
Our vertical agricultural technology and platforms allow us to grow crops at a faster rate than traditional agriculture. Our proven LED and hydroponic systems ensure crops receive optimal light spectrums and nutrient mixes. Our systems save over 90% more water than traditional field-grown crops.
